Yala National Park is Sri Lanka's most famous wildlife reserve and one of the world's best places to spot wild leopards. With the highest leopard density on the planet, Yala also hosts sloth bears, elephants, crocodiles, sambar deer and over 200 bird species across diverse habitats of scrub jungle, grasslands and lagoons.

Morning safari
Half-day jeep safari through Block 1 of Yala National Park – the best block for leopard sightings. Dawn is prime time for wildlife activity.
