Browse our Tours page, select the tour you're interested in, choose your preferred date from the availability calendar, select your group size, and click 'Book Now'. You'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. For custom itineraries, contact our team directly.
Yes. Bookings can be modified up to 48 hours before the departure date at no extra charge. Changes requested within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.
We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance, especially during peak season (December–January and July–August). Popular tours like Sigiriya and Yala Safari fill up quickly. Same-day bookings are sometimes available — contact us to check.
Most bookings are confirmed instantly and you'll receive an email with your booking reference. In rare cases, we may need 24 hours to confirm availability for large groups or custom itineraries. Your booking status will show as 'Pending' until confirmed.
Each tour listing clearly shows what's included and excluded. Generally, our tours include an English-speaking guide, private air-conditioned vehicle, all entrance fees, and accommodation (for multi-day tours). Lunches, dinners, personal expenses, and international flights are typically not included.
Absolutely. We specialise in custom itineraries. Contact our team with your dates, interests, group size, and budget, and we'll design a personalised Sri Lanka journey for you. Custom tours are available for private and group travel.
Most of our City Tours and coastal day trips are easy-difficulty and well-suited for families with children and elderly guests. Tours rated 'Moderate' (such as Sigiriya) involve walking and some climbing. Each tour listing shows a difficulty rating so you can plan accordingly.
All our guides are fluent in English. Many also speak additional languages including German, French, Chinese (Mandarin), and Japanese. If you need a guide in a specific language, please mention it during booking or contact us in advance.
We offer a range of vehicles including economy cars (Toyota Prius), standard vans (Toyota HiAce 12-seater), luxury sedans, and Mercedes V-Class vans. All vehicles are air-conditioned, well-maintained, and driven by licensed, experienced drivers.
Yes. You can book a vehicle for airport transfers, point-to-point travel, or full-day hire without a tour guide. Visit our Vehicles page to browse options and check availability for your dates.
Yes, child seats can be arranged upon request at no extra cost. Please mention the age and weight of the child when making your booking so we can ensure the correct seat is fitted.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers. Payments are processed securely. For in-country bookings, cash payments in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or USD are also accepted.
For most bookings, a 30% deposit secures your reservation, with the remaining 70% due 7 days before departure. For bookings made within 7 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 7+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations 3–6 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability. While not mandatory, it protects you against unexpected events. We can recommend trusted providers if needed.
Light, breathable clothing is ideal. Modest dress (covering shoulders and knees) is required at temples and cultural sites. Sunscreen, a hat, insect repellent, and comfortable walking shoes are essential. Carry some cash in LKR for small purchases. See our Travel Tips page for a full packing list.
Sri Lanka is generally very safe for tourists. Our guides and drivers are experienced and will keep you informed throughout your trip. We monitor local conditions and update our itineraries if needed. Standard travel precautions apply as in any destination.
