Cancellation Policy

You may contact our support team via email or phone with your booking reference number. We will process your cancellation and send a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Please ensure cancellations are submitted before the applicable cutoff window. Requests submitted after the deadline will be treated according to the closest applicable tier.

We understand plans change. Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge if requested 7 or more days before departure, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made within 3–6 days of departure will incur a rescheduling fee of LKR 2,500 (~$8 USD) per booking. Requests within 48 hours cannot be rescheduled and are subject to the standard cancellation policy.

If you do not appear at the designated meeting point at the confirmed departure time without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued, regardless of the original booking date.

If you are running late, please contact your guide or our support team immediately so we can accommodate where possible.

In the rare event that Orina Travel must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances — including severe weather, natural disasters, government advisories, or other force majeure events — you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.

We will notify you as early as possible via email and phone in such situations. Orina Travel is not liable for losses beyond the refund of the booking amount in force majeure cases.

Vehicle bookings follow the same refund schedule as tour bookings. For airport transfer bookings, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.

Same-day airport transfer cancellations are non-refundable. If a flight is delayed or cancelled, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to accommodate the change at no extra cost.
