Cancellation Policy

To cancel your booking, just reach out to our support team by email or phone and share your booking reference number. We'll handle the rest and send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Make sure to let us know before your cutoff time. If a request comes in after a deadline, we will have to apply the refund rules for the next available tier.

We know that plans can change unexpectedly. You can reschedule your booking for free as long as you let us know at least 7 days before your departure, depending on availability.

If you need to reschedule between 3 and 6 days before your trip, there is a small fee of LKR 2,500 (about $8 USD) per booking. Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule bookings within 48 hours of departure, so our standard cancellation rules will apply.

If you don't show up at the meeting point on time and haven't let us know, we will have to count it as a no-show. In this case, we won't be able to offer a refund.

If you're running late, please call your guide or our support team right away so we can try our best to accommodate you.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unpredictable situations, like severe weather or natural disasters, we will offer you a full refund or the chance to reschedule for free.

We'll get in touch with you as soon as we can by email or phone. Please note that our liability in these situations is limited to refunding the original booking amount.

Vehicle bookings follow the exact same refund rules as our tours. For airport transfers, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your pickup time to get a full refund.

We cannot refund same-day airport transfer cancellations. However, if your flight is delayed or canceled, just let us know right away, and we'll do everything we can to adjust your pickup at no extra cost.
